A DEACON GOD CAN USE

Support the Vision. Strengthen the Church. Care for God’s People.

Being a deacon is more than holding a title.

It is a call to serve with dedication, support the vision of the ministry, and care for the people God has entrusted to the church.

Whether you are a new deacon or have served for years, A Deacon God Can Use is a practical, biblical 60-minute live online training designed to help you better understand the importance of your role and become more effective in your service.

YOUR CHURCH NEEDS MORE THAN DEACONS WITH TITLES.

It needs dedicated deacons who understand their assignment.

During this live training, Bishop Clifton E. Freeman Jr. will help deacons understand how to:

Support the Vision — Understand how your service helps advance the mission and direction of your church.

Strengthen the Church — Become a dependable part of the ministry team rather than simply someone who holds an office.

Care for God’s People — Better understand your responsibility to serve and care for the congregation.

This training is designed for both new and experienced deacons from churches and Christian traditions of all sizes.

60 MINUTES. PRACTICAL. BIBLICAL. LIVE.

This isn't simply another lecture about what a deacon is.

It's a focused conversation about becoming a deacon God can use.

You'll receive practical teaching, biblical principles based in part on 1 Timothy 3:8–13, and an opportunity to participate in a live Q&A with Bishop Freeman.
